Objective of the position is to ensure the fullest availability of production equipment , utilities and related facilities at optimal cost and under satisfactory conditions of quality, safety and protection of the environment
Functions:
• Assist maintenance supervisor towards achieving conformance to maintenance plan
• Perform skilled work in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, apparatus and fixtures
• Maintain and Secure the water and power system of the Company
• Able to test, locate and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment: perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting; repair and replace broken or defective parts; replace and install fixtures in buildings; repair electrical motors, parts, wiring and other electrical devices.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, such as preventative maintenance, tagout/look-out, installations, conveyor system, pumping system, hydraulic system, compressed air system, cooling towers, and responding to emergencies
• Implement electrical safe work practices to maintain the site facilities
• Operates Auxiliary equipment when the operator is on break or otherwise not available
• Ensure compliance in all quality and productivity (Good Manufacturing Practices & 5's )
• Strictly monitor the compliance of all the QHSE Standards and follows up in case of non-conformance to ensure that corrective actions are being implemented where necessary
• Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical); with PRC License is an advantage
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With knowledge in AutoCAD drawings; skilled with both hand and power tools
