Description
The Ideal candidate for the role will provide technical expertise and sound judgment, with the aid of various technical standards and engineering methods, in the operation and management of various Facilities systems, equipment and related electromechanical installations, to include project management of construction projects and similar installations and meeting the highest safety and economical standards of performance.
What You Will Do In Your Role
• Provide timely services, program and solutions that meets the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the efficient and cost-effective facilities operation, improvement, and maintenance to meet 100% uptime.
• Lead and manage HVAC / CDA / Exhaust systems' maintenance, servicing and repairing of all Facilities Electromechanical installations.
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise business partner to ensure proper and effective implementation of all maintenance activities with zero interruption.
• Overseeing Facilities Operation, Maintenance, Technology, Renewal, Contract Review, Expenditures , Cost Reduction Activities.
• Recommending measures to improve efficiency, minimize downtime, cost effectiveness of the facility.
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
• Monitor Electricity and utility consumption and take necessary measures to reduce the consumption in assistance with the facilities manager and the team.
• Design, develop and execute a level competency, using engineering know-how, for cost saving, improvements plans and/or cost reduction programs
• Work closely with purchasers and other section covering business contract, PR/PO execution and other legal business entity
• Manage / supervise / implement / monitor projects, CAPA related projects and improvement projects that meets the organization goals and target setting
• Review, draft, improve and implement standard operation procedures (SOP) on all related systems and Facilities operations
• Review, investigate and trouble-shoot incidences and system fault using various methodology like 8D, fish bone diagram, FMEA, etc. to minimize and prevent future incidences and restore the system to its desired operating condition or improved performance
The Experience You Will Bring
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Facilities operation and management in related industry
What Will Put You Ahead
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent.
• ISO 14001 Knowledge
• Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot control problems, and rewire components;
• Ability to use effectively applicable engineering technology and techniques in the shop floor and as a norm
• Proficient in PC and Software CAD
