The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Facilities Technicians, Housekeeping Manpower, Building Maintenance works and Facilities documentations and record keeping.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
· Supervises Facility Technicians, Housekeeping manpower and external contractor projects.
· Monitors the inventory and ordering of Facilities consumables in accordance with the ordering guidelines.
· Evaluates and monitor energy and water consumption of the plant.
· Plans schedule of periodic maintenance of critical and non-critical equipment within the facility.
· Conducts on-site troubleshooting and repair of equipment as necessary.
· Performs duty as Safety Officer 2.
· Serves as the site responsible for electrical safe work practices.
· Maintain compliance to local regulatory and corporate requirements with regards to safety and environment
· Perform other duties that maybe assigned.
Requirement:
· Candidate must be Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering graduate.
· Must be a PRC License Electrical Engineer
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Applicants must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas City, Batangas
· Provision of proper Tools and spare parts for critical equipment repairs.
· Need skill on Project Management or ProLaunch and MS Office tools.
