FACILITIES ENGINEER ( must be a licensed mechanical engineer )Central One Bataan Ph Inc.

Job Description:
Gathers and analyzes data, blueprints and reports.
Plans and oversees all building projects and renovations. Manages the maintenance and repair of facility equipment including HVAC, plumbing, lightning, etc.
Do periodic inspections of facilities to determine problems and maintenance needed. Ensures that all facilities comply with the safety standards, building codes and government regulations.
Do analysis of project cost and prepare proposals for budget.
Develops and implements preventive maintenance plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Plans and coordinates all infrastructure and equipment's maintenance schedule and activities.
Investigate any mishaps of maintenance staff that may have contributed to, compile pertinent reports, and evaluate maintenance staff performances to ensure quality operations.
Coordinates and oversees the contractors performing maintenance activities.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports including compliance documentation
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
With BOSH/COSH certificate is an advantage
With at least three years related work experience and with knowledge in construction principles, building codes, processes and safety regulations.
Able to handle and supervise employees
With leadership skills and good communications skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
