Description
inspect completed mechanical installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational safety and standards.
- prepares appropriate labels/signages on mechanical equipments.
- review and check mechanical as-built plans for compliance with the Philippine Standards and government requirements
- responsible for keeping Building Plans and related documents
- Assists Facilities Maintenance Section by monitoring mechanical works to ensure compliance with Mechanical Safety Standards
- Consult Superior that pertains to a non-conforming issues/audit findings related to electrical safety
- Prepares date report on all mechanical changes
- Monitors and prepares data report of all Facilities Project
- Prepares procedure/s on mechanical safety
- Receive and implement of corrective action to orders issued by Department of Labor and PEZA inspectors
- Monitors contractor/s working inside company premises
- Asses and prepares Purchase Request of the materials needed for the Admin projects
- Assume duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
