Facilities Engineer - IloiloLegato Health Technologies

Responsible for day to day facilities operations. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Analyzes material and labor costs, sets procedures and standards, reviews construction bids, and manages overall facilities operations and staff. Develops, implements and monitors an annual maintenance plan. Completes projects at offices and work sites. Monitors alarms and creates system reports. Performs routine maintenance and repairs; maintains equipment. Supervises the facilities staff, monitors workload, and prioritizes job requests. Supervises deliveries of technical and maintenance supplies. Requires an AS/BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Certification; 4 years of related experience, including prior management experience; of any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in the BPO industry and knowledge of industry standards and building systems and controls required.
