About the Role:
Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client
Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
About the Person:
Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Min. 3 years working experience in Facilities Management.
Has experience working with 3rd party vendors
Good communication skills.
Excellent Customer service.
Good Negotiation Skills
Can work graveyard shift within 5-days work week
