In this role, you'll be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site's daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. Are you well-versed in workplace safety? As we'll rely on you to develop and carry out an elaborate preventative program for managing sites. You'll also make sure that all essential sites activities-including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment-are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help you land this job. You will based in Tuguegarao but you will look after & perform visit the mini-sites in Tuguegarao & Bayombong Nueva Viscaya.
Providing onsite support
You will be the upper facilities management's trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities on your sites of responsibilities. You'll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all site processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team's thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
You'll also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination. Also part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.
Meeting the clients' facilities needs

In this role, you'll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements. Your planning and budgeting skills will also be vital to the job, as you'll take part in the procurement of vendors and services from time to time.

You'll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm's guidelines and strategies.

Familiar with facilities technical services
An ideal candidate would have a university degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management, and over 2 years' experience in facilities operation. A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus. It will also be best if you are either a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or at least with significant experience in technical and facilities' operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met . You should be very familiar to most or if not all of facilities management terms such as HVAC, STP, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, CCTV, Access Control, BMS system , UPS, etc .
Passion for service
Do you have a prior work or experience in facilities maintenance & administration, facilities, property management, or other related fields? Do you have an understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management? Are you willing to travel to multiple sites to make sure goals are achieved. Are you knowledgeable in various property systems? Are you flexible, proactive and organized?
