What this job involves:
Providing onsite support
You will be the front liners who will be hands-on in providing assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to Badging & IDS. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through ServiceNow. Respond to customer queries by email and Teams chat.
Where can processes be improved? How can we speed up delivery? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team's thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
You'll also lend the team a big hand by coordination with the Receptions for visitor badging and monitoring badge inventories. Also, part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.

In this role, you'll provide full support in responding timely on badge activation and deactivation request. Other responsibility will be regular inventory, checking, and reporting of critical supplies for PSS BIDS.
