Inspect all general office lighting, temperature control and power supply and ensure rectification if needed
Conduct daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times
Carry out inspections of all operating equipment
Ensure all ad-hoc works and preventive maintenance works are carried out expeditiously and on time
Carry out daily review of Facility Monitoring
Conduct regular inspections with vendors (AC, fire protection systems, UPS, etc) to ensure that the services are carried out as in accordance to the standard set by Management
Carry out minor repairs as and when needed
Trouble- shoot equipment breakdowns
Carry out general maintenance of the facility
Daily set up of AV calls and room set up and assist in problem resolution
Coordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of fault
Assist the Facility Manager in Moves, Add, Changes work
Attend to critical works and complete closure within the specified time
Must be amenable to work in a shifting schedule, holidays, weekends and overtime
Must have 2 years related work experience
Must be computer literate
