Educational requirements:
• Graduate of a Vocational/Diploma course or holder of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related field.
Experience requirements:
• With at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field and BPO industry experience is an advantage
• The ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own.
Desired Skills:
• Must have good interpersonal & communication skills in English, innovative, analytical, systematic, patient and persevering.
• Must have a working knowledge in computers and related applications (MS Word, MS Excel,MS Outlook, skype) for reporting purposes
•Must have specific knowledge in machine troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques or methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Experienced employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities and Machinery) including HVAC, Genset, Access control, CCTV, FDAS and Fire Protection System,
• WIlling to be assigned in BGC / ALABANG
Coordinates facilities and building issues to appropriate proponents.
• Conducts daily facilities inspection.
• Supply information needed for audit reports (ambient temperature monitoring etc.).
• Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of office furniture.
• Ensure regular and timely conduct of preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinates with Building admin on maintenance activities.
• Estimates and orders supplies needed for repairs and maintenance (Wall paints, furniture repair, and other aesthetic concerns).
• Assists in office modifications, renovations, fitouts and repairs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance request as needed.
• Replace light bulbs, reset breakers, replace broken outlet covers.
• Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
