Responsibilities and Authorities:
1) Assists and helps in building, ground, and facilities equipment maintenance works in support of plant operation such as Equipment Preventive Maintenance and Calibration activities of:
Thermoforming, Punching, AHUs, ACUs, Compressors, RODI, Washing Machine, and other facilities equipment.
2) Assist and helps ensure equipment efficiency through the effective execution of preventive maintenance and calibration in conformance with established standards.
3) Assists and helps in managing the equipment spare parts and/or supplies and initiates purchase orders to support effectively all equipment used in the production area.
4) Assists and helps with new equipment buy-off, installation, and qualification before releasing the equipment for production utilization.
5) Assists and helps in coordinating with other members of the organization in line with his Job function in promoting the company's objectives.
6) 8. Assists and helps in ensuring safety and 5S of housekeeping are implemented with the assigned work area.
7) 9. Performs other duties that may be assigned to or required of the job.
Key Performance Indicators
1) 100% response to scheduled equipment preventive maintenance schedules.
2) Equipment up-time and stability.
3) Timely delivery of reportorial requirements.
4) Continuous availability of utilities to support operations requirements.
5) Comfortable and safe working conditions.
Qualifications:
1) Technical Vocational School Graduate
2) At least computer literate i.e. MS - Excel, Word, and Power point.
3) Must be able to work under pressure. Must demonstrate initiative and good decision-making qualities. Should be Good and proficient in written and oral communication. Must feel comfortable working with other individuals or Departments and must be a team player. Can easily relate with individuals and has a team orientation approach.
