JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensures that electrical wiring, associated equipment and supporting facilities like compressors, cooling towers, chillers, scrubbers, waste water treatment plants, RO/DI systems, HVAC, good passenger elevators and fire protections systems are periodically inspected and properly maintained as well as complying with the statutory requirements with accurate records of inspections to be maintained.
2 Ensures that all service contracts for plant and equipment are reviewed, updated and renewed when necessary.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
1. A hands-on post that requires a do-whatever-it takes attitude and enthusiasm including after-hours on-call support for emergencies.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
3. Ability to work independently
4. Function efficiently in a fast paced environment
5. Ability to problem-solving and respond quickly to users requests and needs.
