What you will do
Provides full failure analysis support from Production line, customer complaint group, reliability failures, and special requests in order to identify any non-conformance.
Conducts orientation and training on FA Laboratory facilities, equipment procedures, capability and safety in order to enhance competency of co-employees.
Initiates process improvement projects to assure capacity and capabilities are in place
What you will need
Electronic engineering, metallurgical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, chemistry graduate or equivalent course or 2 years relevant experience in electronic and semiconductors industry and experience in Failure Analysis
Must be familiar with Failure Analysis tools and techniques, circuit analysis, 8D, FMEA, computer literate, problem solving tools and techniques, industry standards, understands QS9000, and good in oral and written communication skills
Good understanding of semiconductors industry.
