F&B MANAGER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage F&B and day-to-day operations within the company's guidelines and to the highest standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
Lead F&B team by recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Responsible in setting the department's work schedule.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of BSHRM, Business Administration or same field.
Solid experience in F&B operation taken from the same industry
Proficient in MS office, and POS.
Great customer service skills and good time management skills.
Good understanding on financial implications and budgeting.
Effective interpersonal skills and  goal-driven.
Calm, efficient and has the ability to work well under pressure.
Must have an effective organizational skills.
Willing to work on extended and/or different duty hours.
Excellent leadership skills.
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
Up-to-date with food and beverages and trends and best practices.
