F&B MANAGER
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, banquets, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe environment in all F&B areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue, and analyze financial performance.
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program in HRM
At least two (2) to three (3) years experience, preferably in the hotel industry
SKILLS
Proven food and beverage management experience
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Capable of leading the entire team (FOH & BOH). has the ability to control and manage expenses and hit target set by the management.
