JOB DESCRIPTION
* Manage all food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
* Lead the F&B Team by recruiting, training, and appraising personnel
* Design menus and make necessary improvements
* Establish sales targets, schedules, policies and procedures
* Report to upper management on sales and productivity
JOB QUALIFICATION
* Graduate of any 4 year course related to the Hospitality Industry
* at least 5 years experience working as a Supervisor or as a Manager
* preferably residing at Makati City/Pasay City/Taguig City
