Job Description
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in the hotel. Assist in the setting up of function halls during events and activities.
Job Qualifications
Has an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or any job related course work.
Previous experience in food service or banquet serving is preferred but not required.
Excellent communications skills and excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during large events or busy periods.
Experience in helping manage inventory, including food, beverages, and tableware.
Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and sanitation standards (e.g., proper food storage, handling of allergens, cleanliness of service areas).
Physically fit and healthy.
