The opportunity People Advisory Services (PAS) are seeking applications for a Communications and Change Manager. This role will have an APAC focus. The role is flexible in location and can be offered as a 12-month secondment opportunity or fixed term contract, with an option to extend. You will be required to lead the development and execution of strategic change and communication plans supporting transformation and growth for the PAS business across APAC. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to lead the development, implementation and execution of change and communications strategies and programs. Learn more about PAS here - Your key responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities will include development, management and execution of change and communication activities. Responsibilities include: Developing and managing communications to support the transformation and growth plan for PAS across the APAC region The ability to analyse problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions Contributing to the development of broad change management strategies and plans Taking ownership for initiatives within the wider PAS community The ability to manage and build stakeholder relationships Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills and knowledge Skills and attributes for success Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade stakeholders to gain assistance for major changes and key decisions Be able to evidence strong technical skills and experience in communications and engagement Demonstrate creativity and innovation in development and delivery of PAS programs Ability to 'hit the ground running', comfortable working amongst ambiguity and in high-pressured environments Have strong experience managing multiple priorities for multiple stakeholders Have confidence to present ideas and host engagement activities with and to an array of stakeholders Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement To qualify for the role, you must have Proven experience in communications (internal and/ or external) from industry and/or agency/consultancy delivering communications strategy, channels, senior stakeholder engagement in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Ideally, you'll also have Operational communications experience within a large, complex, multinational company What we offer : We'll provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way. : personalised career development including coaching, experiences and formal learning so you'll develop the mindset and skills you'll need to thrive in the future. : You'll be embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs.
