The Extension Officer leads the day to day operations of assigned business extension office with a team of outsourced Promotion Merchandisers (Promodizers). The position is in charge of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sell-through targets through proper implementation of marketing and sales-initiated programs.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of experience in distribution sales and account management
Knowledge of local/regional business rules and regulations
Networking and negotiation skills
Team leadership skills
Knowledge of the local dialect, good Filipino & English communication skills; knowledge of the local dialect
