Description:
The Extension agent leads the day to day operations of assigned business extension office with a team of outsourced Promotion Merchandisers (Promodizers). The position is in charge of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sell-through targets through proper implementation of marketing and sales-initiated programs.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications & practice:
» Bachelor's degree
» At least 1 year of practice in distribution sales and account management
» expertise of local/regional business rules and regulations
» Networking and negotiation expertise
» Team leadership abilities expertise
» expertise of the local dialect, good Filipino & English communication expertise; expertise of the local dialect
