Coordinates with shipping lines/ forwarders/ brokers/ truckers/ consolidators/ and production sites regarding shipment schedules.
Process Certificate of Origin and other documents pertaining shipment.
Execute established export/shipping procedures in an accurate and timely manner.
Creates export documents such as Commercial invoice , Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificate, Forwarder's Cargo Receipt (FCR) and House Bill of Lading (B/L)
Review invoice versus packing list to ensure that documents are matched or tallied and ensure the completeness of all shipping documents and other custom requirements.
Prepares all summary documents of sales for the export
Monitors all the schedule for incoming export
In charge of all emails and reply same
Maintains records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Customs administration or any related course
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
Computer proficient in MS Office
Analytical, systematic, organized and meticulous
Knowledge in export processing procedures
Willing to work in Pampanga
RESPPONSIBILITIES:
