The Company
Fisher Farms, Inc. is the leading and largest aquaculture food processing in the Philippines. Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and secures approval of sales target allocation. Able to plan by region, country or by account basis.
- Scouts for potential accounts and/or distributors in countries and or areas that no products have penetrated yet.
- Looks for opportunities to meet key foreign/local clients to discuss business opportunities (attends food shows and trade shows as needed).
- Coordinates with Tech Services, Operations, Logistics on special packaging and shipment requirements of accounts.
- Prepares reports and performance reviews of accounts and territories, discuss details with the Senior Export Manager, and come up with appropriate action plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of Marketing or Business related courses
- With years of experience acquiring accounts and/or distributors in countries/regions (Export Sales) for the Food Industry
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent business, financial, and negotiating skills
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Pro-active, aggressive, and driven
