What You'll Do
Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and travel itineraries
Provide accurate information about travel products and services
Manage rebooking, cancellations, and special travel requests
Deliver friendly and professional support across calls, chat, or email
Ensure a smooth travel experience for every customer
Qualifications
HS/SHS graduate, college level, or college graduate (any course)
No experience required - we provide full training!
Excellent English communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and multitasking skills
Passionate about travel and helping people
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules
