This is a remote position.
We are a young and fast-growing real estate investment firm in Wisconsin. We have been investing since 2017 and have experienced double-digit growth each year. Our goal is to leave a lasting impression on everyone that we meet while trying to turn each customer into a referral by doing the following:
* Do what we say we're going to do
* Treat everyone fairly and with respect
* Close each transaction as fast as possible to suit the needs of our customers
We execute different transactions throughout the year including wholesales, rentals, flips, etc. If you don’t know what those are, that's ok. You just need to be teachable and coachable.
This role's main objective is to secure new contracts. This role acts as the main point of contact for new leads and is the face of the company.
This isn’t a traditional sales role. Were consultants and advisors. You should see yourself as a problem solver. You should differentiate yourself from competitors by being more concerned with helping your prospects than with selling your products or services. Your customers should often feel that you care more about them than you do about making a sale.
What you’ll do on the job:
You will be talking to homeowners who want to sell their house. You will need to negotiate, consistently follow up, agree on terms and pricing, and get the contract signed! Much of this position is on the phone, looking at houses, analyzing deals, and negotiating with sellers.
A day in the life:
* Start your day reviewing and following up with ALL new leads that have come in the previous night, even if it looks like they aren’t likely to sell
* Follow up with any sellers you’ve made offers to and answer any questions to those that might be on the fence
* Follow up with sellers who are under contract and perform move out inspections as needed
* Ask questions and listen carefully. You will ask pointed questions in hopes of gaining a deep understanding of the client's motivation and goals
* Evaluate comparable sales for properties, estimate rehab costs and put together offers for review
* Make offers to sellers, through email, and over the phone
* Build rapport with sellers making sure you understand each sellers motivation
* Sometimes re-negotiate based on findings during the due diligence phase
* Pro-actively network for deals in any way you can including MLS deals, pocket listings from realtors, referrals from past sellers or friends, networking with other real estate professionals, FSBO listings, for rent listings, texting potential sellers, etc.

* You are task-oriented and can effectively manage many competing priorities at once
* You have excellent follow up skills and never let a lead die
* You possess excellent organization and time management skills
* You can work independently with minimal supervision
* You have past experience negotiating and closing sales over the phone
* You’re a team player who prefers moving forward as a team over individual progress
* You’re a lover of the phone. You can talk to anyone and immediately establish rapport
* You’re always looking to get better
* Have reliable access to a computer and the internet
How will we measure success and our expectations?
* Call each inbound, warm lead back, even if the end result is to thank them for calling in
* Follow up with every outbound, warm lead
* Understand that leads often require nurturing and we very rarely close deals off of just one visit You should be constantly following up.
* Youll be expected to maintain normal office hours in which you are available for phone calls and appointments. Given the real estate industry, you might be required to work nights and weekends as needed to get contracts signed.
* Youll raise the flag when you don't understand something, need guidance or something looks off. You aren't expected to be perfect but we do expect constant growth and learning.
Requirements
* You have at least two years of outside sales experience where you were required to meet a sales quota
* Professional demeanor
* Reliable transportation
* Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
* College degree preferred but not required
