Texas Instruments is looking for an organized and analytical individual to fulfill a Purchase to Pay opportunity (P2P). The P2P team owns the process from the onset of order placement through the payment to the provider. P2P works hand in hand to accommodate the growing global demand for support with continuous efforts to integrate local statutory requirements with global standards. Responsibilities Include Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with TI travel policy and local requirements Monitor and resolve issues regularly through exception and compliance reports and follow up on discrepancies with employees Understand, apply and constantly keep abreast of the Concur Expense system audit rules, expense types and updates to travel policies and practices Analyze data to proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvements by monitoring trends and risks Conduct training on travel policies and tools as needed Contribute to and support overall Global P2P priorities and projects as necessary Support other P2P functional areas including AP, PC, SIMT Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses Knowledge of Accounting standards and Companies Act Systems knowledge/skills including: Excel, SAP & SharePoint With zero to less than 2 years of working experience Preferred Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and initiative Excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization Outstanding analytical skills, critical and creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, detail orientated Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships Why TI Engineer your future.
