with no less than 5000 FTE's under her umbrella.
- The Executive Vice President position leads all aspects of the client and employee interface in the assigned verticals and/or industries. Responsible for developing and executing plans to drive growth within assigned clients by fostering strong relationships and managing projects from concept through development and implementation and into steady state production.
- The position is responsible for the delivery of internal contact center metrics, financial, operational and employee, while meeting and
exceeding client operational, financial and customer satisfaction objectives. In addition, the position is responsible for the development of
operational support personnel and engaging with the client ensuring customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree related to Business Management, Industrial Organization or any other relevant fields from a reputable educational institution or equivalent work experience
Experience
At least 15 years of previous related experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Training
Any learning and development exposure and / or experience that may be directly BPO-relevant or may be transferable to the BPO operational needs
