Job Description A. Responsible for maintaining all data in Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering System (AMOS) is accurate and complete technical records are maintained for Philippines AirAsia aircraft, Engines, APU, Landing Gears and components. B. Entertain request, inquiries and problems solving on daily basis within the Engineering Department. C. Ensure and verify flying hours and cycles, component data entered by Maintenance personnel. D. Maintain archives for safe storage of aircraft and components maintenance records. E. Check and ensure that the logbooks and documents are in proper order for Certificate of Airworthiness renewal. F. Ensure completed work documents are kept in an organized and easy retrieval manner. G. Raise airframe, engine and APU logbooks for new aircraft and update logbook as per laid down procedures. H. Carry out updating of aircraft, engine, APU, landing gear, and components into the system from source documents i.e. check package, EI, Inspection Card. I. Update aircraft, engine and APU hours and cycles. J. Ensure stock of aircraft technical documents and log books are sufficient to meet requirements.
