Job Description
Assist the Executive Chef in directing & controlling the overall food production.
Conducts formal on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees.
Assumes the responsibilities of Executive Chef in his/her absence.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
Good communication skills.
Completed a Bachelor's degree preferably culinary.
