JOB SCOPE:
Direct the operation of the kitchens, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course;
- Supervisory experience of at least two (2) years in a similar role;
- Familiar with Opera, Fidelio and MS Office applications;
- Above average communication skills in both Filipino and English.
