Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, plan and prepare of meetings, conference and telephone calls of the Director of Marketing.
Read and Analyze incoming and outgoing documents and determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Prepare agendas and make arrangement per committee, office staff and other meetings.
Purchase tickets, make travel arrangement and itinerary for the Director of Marketing.
File and receive corporate documents, records and reports of the Director of Marketing.
Attend meetings called by the Director of Marketing in order to record minutes.
Manage and maintain the schedules of the Director of Marketing.
Maintain cleanliness of the office of the Director of Marketing.
Liquidate funds/receipts of expenses of the Director of Marketing.
Coordinate with concern personnel, managers and affiliates for any directives/instructions of the Director of Marketing, and all other tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing.
