Is currently looking for:
 
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
 
Regular / Routine Activities:
Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Work hand in hand with HR & Admin Department in the processing of business permits, licenses
Work hand in hand with HR & Admin Department in monitoring, updating and processing of vehicle registrations and property tax
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Fulfill other administrative duties as requested
Performs other tasks as maybe directed by the President
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College degree, Business Administration or equivalent
Preferably 1 year(s) working experience specialized in Secretarial/Executive and Personal Assistant or equivalent
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Above average oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team
