College degree in business administration and management. MBA degree preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Computer proficient in the different word processing software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Where appropriate, develops, interprets, and applies policies and procedures.
-Provides leadership and management support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of plans and programs for the institution.
-Recommends and implements specific actions and ensures that decisions are implemented consistently throughout the institution.
-Effectively interacts with external and internal publics, responds to inquiries and resolves issues. Recommends solutions to complex and sensitive problems.
-May be assigned to direct and assist in overseeing strategic programs and activities of the institution in coordination with the different departments.
-Performs customer service functions; provides assistance and information to internal and external publics; initiates problem-solving as necessary.
-Serves as a liaison between the Hospital Administration and other departments; interfaces with employees from the other departments as well as with community and political leaders
-May serve as office manager; establishes and implements office procedures and policies.
-Attends meetings and takes minutes; transcribes and disseminates minutes to all concerned. Prepares agenda for staff meetings.
-Maintains a filing system for records, reports, and other documents.
