Act as liaison to other offices within the Institute;
Arrange meetings and conferences as directed;
Receive and relay official communication;
Perform stenography and typing jobs as may be assigned;
Maintain proper filing and retrieval of all official communication and other documents of the office in which he/she is assigned.
