Job Description Leads the housekeeping department to provide the highest level of comfort and hospitality to guests to achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.
Leads the development and implementation of the department's operational strategies and plans, operating procedures and service standards, and oversees the department's adherence to these performance requirements.
Oversees outsourced services, asset and inventory control and knowledge management for the department.
Drives improvement, innovation and sustainability initiatives and adopts best practices and new technology applications as part of the organization's continuous improvement efforts.
Minimizes operational risks through compliance management and crisis management.
Oversees budgeting, cost control as well as staff performance and development in the department
Job Qualifications Minimum 15 years housekeeping experience, 5 of which are as Executive Housekeeper of a large hotel/resort
Well developed leadership skills with focus on driving employee development and engagement
A openness towards change and learning
With a business partner and entrepreneurial mindeset
Compensation Depends on qualifications
Compensation Range ₱150,000 - ₱200,000
