JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Asssist in the daily executive function of the President & CEO in terms of coordination and communication to affected parties within or outside the company.
2. Assist the President & CEO related to ministerial tasks such as preparation of documents, and records for approval, summary reports of activities, arranging look ahead schedules, and compiling confidential records among others.
3. Attend all meetings with President & CEO, as per latter's discretion, that are on regular schedule. Meetings pertain to regular operational and executive huddles.
4. Compile, trasncribe, and distribute minutes of meetings to Execom, Board, Stcokholders, or to any other interested parties involved.
5. Prepare all presentation materials by the President & CEO (Power Point/APV).
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelors degree of any 4 years business course.
2. Generally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration is required.
3. Experience as EA in the medical device industry is an advantage but not required.
4. Can work under pressure.
5. Detailed and process-oriented especially when dealingwith data and transactions for the company.
6.Trusworthy and honest with emphasis on integrity as a virtue.
7. Objective-resolves attitude in addressing concerns.
8. People-person with excellent communication skills, critical yet accommodating.
