Job Description:
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes various administrative tasks, including setting and managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, and compiling documents for meetings.
Organizing, maintaining, and managing records and schedules
Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Coordinate executive visits with internal resources from hotel and transportation reservations, food and venue, typical agenda development and departures
Requirements and skills:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Willing to work in US hours (PST)
Required to have strong Excel, MS Office and G Suite knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Immaculate verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to systematically manage all records and correspondences and able to seamlessly schedule meetings
Ability to work remotely
