MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Executive Assistant
Salary Range: 24,000-26,000 per month

*The Executive Assistant new hire is expected to work from home for the meantime due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Executive Assistant new hire will be expected to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
General Description: The Executive Assistant is going to work heavily in our talent agency database, handling lots of emails, downloading & uploading photos and videos, processing invoices and checks, doing light collections, following up on the many details in our business.
Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Requirements:
College Graduate of any course
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferably with previous experience as Executive/Personal Assistant
Must be knowledgeable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Quickbooks, and other Database programs such as Trello
Can start as soon as possible
Strong organizational skills
Strong research and strategic analysis skills
Computer literacy (knowledge in Google sheets and MS is a plus)
Knowledgeable of Gmail, Google Sheets, Quickbooks Online, & Database programs
Resides in or is willing to relocate to Cebu City
