Job Specification:
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by committees and executives.
Accurately recording minutes of meetings
Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails and other correspondence.
Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity or equivalent.
Strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
Good in oral and communication skills.
Above average interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
