Ensures presence during appointments and meetings, initiated or otherwise, by the President to record and take minutes of the meeting; produces reports subsequently and/or coordinates and warrants output from concerned parties
Renders critical administrative assistance on issues and concerns addressed to the President and provides sound, logical, and accurate recommendations
Screens, reviews and validates incoming memoranda, correspondences, reports and documents endorsed by the Executive Secretary
Prepares reports, memoranda, and business correspondences from the Office of the President
Plans, coordinates, and ensures that the President & CEO's schedule is observed
Communicates and coordinates with Executive Assistants, Department Heads and Executives on behalf of the President
Coordinates with the CCO, Corplan, and other departments with regard to the President's spiels, speeches, reports and other formal statements
Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Bachelor's degree in any business course
Preferably with at least 2 years related working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proactive and solutions focused
With working experience handling negotiations, decision-making, and problem-solving
Advanced level of written and oral communication skills
