The Opportunity
 
This is not a standard administrative role. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become the right hand to the Founder of a P250 million enterprise during its most critical growth phase. You will operate at the very center of the Stumpers machine, acting as a direct extension of a demanding and visionary leader.

You will be the trusted confidant, strategic partner, and operational conduit tasked with protecting the Founder's time, amplifying his vision, and ensuring his relentless standards of quality are implemented across the entire organization. The Role
 
As Executive Assistant to the Founder, your mission is to become an indispensable partner, enabling the Founder to focus on high-level strategy by flawlessly managing all other aspects of his professional and personal spheres. You will be his connection to the management team and the entire staff, especially during periods when he is not on-site.
 
Your loyalty must be absolute to the Founder and his interests. You will be expected to maintain a professional independence from other colleagues, handling heated debates with calm and excelling under immense pressure. Your schedule will not be your own; it will be the Founder's schedule. Your priorities will be his priorities. That is the job.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Conduit: Act as the primary liaison between the Founder and the senior management team, ensuring his directives are understood, executed, and followed up on with precision.
Guardian of Quality: Internalize the Founder's vision for "business class" quality and act as his eyes and ears, ensuring that his non-negotiable standards are met in every detail of the operation.
Flawless Execution: Manage critical tasks and projects from inception to completion. The Founder's instructions are given once, with the full expectation they will be appropriately managed and delivered to the highest standard, 95% of the time.
Personal & Professional Gatekeeper: Masterfully organize a dynamic calendar of professional and personal arrangements, anticipating needs and acting as a gatekeeper to protect the Founder's time and focus.
Flexible Force Multiplier: When not directly required by the Founder, seamlessly integrate with and provide high-level support to other members of the management team, demonstrating your multi-skilled capabilities and high charisma.

What We Offer
A Competitive Compensation Package: A monthly base salary of PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000, commensurate with your experience and track record.
Performance-Driven Incentives: A powerful bonus structure with the potential to earn 50% or more of your basic salary every month upon the successful achievement of agreed-upon targets.
Weekly Profit-Related Pay: A share of weekly profit-related pay, directly linking your immediate efforts to the company's success.
