Managing calendars and scheduling
Creating automations to improve processes
Communication with a team including creators, editors, and writers.
Working with notion as a CRM - a must
Organizing on excel, airtable and notion - a must
Updating websites and social media platforms -wordpress skills a must
Scheduling content for client's social media Platforms (not responsible for writing content)
Reaching out to new talent through social media platforms
Prepares weekly reports on KPI's
The Requirements
Experience with Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn a must
Technical - the individual must be an experienced user of google
Experience with cloud, notion, social media platforms - a must
Exceptional English communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills a must
Must be attentive to detail, problem solver, and complete deliverables promptly
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work on the graveyard and/or mid-shift following the US Eastern Time
