DUTIES ABD RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents the Vice President by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondences, arranging company. dinners and other corporate functions, answering question and meeting request directed to the Vice President.
Gathering information and research as required by the Vice President.
Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling corporate travels, booking other transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
Completes project and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
Maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experienced in the related field specializing in Secretarial/Executive & personal Assistant or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills both oral & written including the ability to prepare reports, proposals & procedures.
Ability to work various department & foster teamwork.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Schedule: 5 Days Working Schedule.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Expected salary: ₱20,000 per month
