Here are some of the qualifications we are looking for:
- 2+ years of executive assistant experience preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Have experience using Gmail and project management softwares
- Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Reliable internet
- Available via Zoom, Slack, or by phone during business hours
- Social media management experience is a plus.
And this is a small list of your day to day responsibilities:
- Appointment setting and scheduling
- Daily reminders of tasks
- CRM entries
- Email management
- Online research
- Preparation for meetings
- Personal tasks like scheduling family appointments, paying bills, gift ordering, etc
- Communicate with local staff members.
- Take notes and assign tasks during meetings.
Paid time off and sick leave to be discussed and agreed upon prior to employment.
SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM Central Standard Time (UTC -6). This will change depending on daylight savings time.
