Location: Fully remote, reporting to Australia.

About our client...
Our client is a boutique and fast-growing esports and gaming firm backed by the largest Australian publicly listed video game developer. They are well experienced in providing education services, marketing, strategic consultancy, go-to-market campaigns, and community and have worked with local and global clients including Intel, NVIDIA, Mercedes Benz, ASUS, and more. Recently, the client has demonstrated considered growth in the blockchain industry servicing clients from digital products to NFTs and video games.
About the role...
In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for management of email communications and internal project operations, as well as assistance with campaign tracking and management across a broad spectrum of esports, video game and blockchain clients.
Responsibilities...
Receive, categorise, answer and flag emails into CEO & contact inboxes
Work with the client services team to produce after-action reports
Work with the social team on reporting company success & curation of content surrounding (B2B)
Work with the client services team on operational tasks regarding client contracts, including participating in and potentially leading weekly or daily update meetings, taking minutes, providing internal reports, and helping to ensure project success through smooth operations
Assist senior management with basic duties regarding contracting, invoicing & meetings
Book travel for staff where applicable (minimal required)
Assist in production of client pitch documents where applicable
Ability to work on a professional level with all members of staff & clients in all areas
Demonstrate sound attention to detail and solid work ethic
Requirements:
2+ years of full-time or part-time equivalent experience in the role of Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant - We may also accept equivalent organisational & managerial positions such as a Community-Organisation CEO or Project/Operations Manager.
You must be highly proficient in organisational, administrative & reporting skills
General knowledge of the blockchain & esports industry
Great knowledge of the video games industry
The willingness to expand skills and grow with the company
