Reporting Functionally reporting to the Office Manager Key tasks and responsibilities . Managing day-to-day activities of Management Team (MT), including but not limited to calendars, meetings, events, trips and help or arranging logistics for their visitors. Able to perform more than a point-of-contact, can work as an advisor to help MT organize and prioritize their work agenda, have the ability to decide according to urgency, importance and MT's personal preference/convenience . Work in a proactive manner - help with preparation and check in advance the readiness of upcoming schedules, for example run necessary research, collect & verify information, consolidate reports and other documents, generate event briefing, etc - to ensure the agenda runs smoothly . Attend business meetings with leaders, take meeting minutes and follow up with next steps to ensure proper follow-through after the discussion . Help facilitate the activities that the MT would participate in, handle inquiries from others and help communicate with relevant stakeholders, maintain good relationship with people across the board . Maintain high-level of professionalism by keeping information confidential at all times . Provide support to and/or drive engagement activities for the company Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills - Proven record in an EA role supporting C-level, experience in dealing with people across the region is preferred - Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details, good in time management - Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with stakeholders from internal and external - A self-starter with true passion and heart to serve, customer-centric, good common sense - Curious, caring, patient, mature with the interest to understand business - Skilful user of MS office software like Word, PPT, Excel
