Job Qualifications:

Someone independent and fast learner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details
Must possess at least an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Administration
With 2-4 years experience as an Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Acting as the Administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Handling executives' requests and queries appropriately
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences teleconferences, and travel
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
