Description
MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Exhange Operations Analyst who will be working closely with our Hong Kong-based clients who specializes in Cryptocurrency. As a vital member of the team, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations and platforms by working with the stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting trade flow, verification, and books and records accuracy of listed and OTC FX products
• Ensure positional integrity and trade flow between risk systems, processing systems, and books and records.
• Serve as a central point of contact for Trading and other Operations teams.
• Generate and review management reports and risk analytics.
• Responsible for the design and delivery of all payments and remittance, intraday reconcilement, management of payment traffic through multiple customer payment channels, accurate reporting for rates and customer validation of positions and trade instructions real time.
To be successful, you should be:
• A bachelors degree in any related field.
• Experience in traditional (FX, equity futures, cash equities) or cryptocurrency exchange operations.
• Familiarity in cryptocurrency market making
• Understanding of trading system technology including REST and FIX connectivity.
• Ability to work autonomously and driving delivery of requirements in agile framework.
• Ability to collaborate well with commercial, settlement, product, and engineers to become the "bridge" that maintains a fair, orderly, and transparent trading ecosystem.
• A growth mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
