Job Description
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
File and maintain post event information
Follow up with clients using information from post events creating opportunity for new bookings
To plan, organize, schedule, motivate/lead and control coordination.
Maintain event budgets.
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings. 
Knowledgeable in handling & coordinating weddings, anniversaries, birthday, debut and other events.
Job Qualifications:
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
Excellent organizational skills.
Has good customer service skills.
A team player with leadership skills.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Hospitality Management or any business related course.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience coordinating a variety of events (inclusive of small, large and high-profile functions)
Professional, friendly, and punctual.
Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
Proficient in computer skills including Google docs, Word, Excel, Power point and Google Sheets.
