Job Summary
 
We are hiring sales-driven individuals for Events and Travel Coordinator.
 
We are looking for individuals who are aggressive in marketing, confident in closing sales, and have a pleasing personality. If you are highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, we want you on our team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Market and sell travel packages, tours, and related services
Create and manage travel itineraries (flights, hotels, tours, transfers)
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Assist clients with bookings and travel requirements
Market and sell event services (weddings, corporate events, special occasions)
Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure smooth event operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience in travel, sales, or event coordination is an advantage.
Aggressive in marketing and confident in closing sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficient in social media and online marketing is an advantage.
Willing to work flexible hours when required for events or client needs.
